Refund policy

All purchases are final, there are no refunds on any item sold by Rising Hail Clothing Co.

All items are handmade so please make sure proper measurements are taken for the best fit. Incorrect size is not acceptable for exchange or refund. There are absolutely no refunds on custom-made items. Occasionally I will offer ready-to-ship pieces and these are nonrefundable as well.

Please follow care and wash instructions to maintain your Rising Hail Clothing Co. items. Ribbon skirts and dresses will need to be hand-washed due to the ribbons being very touchy.
