Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after finishing your order (for custom pieces) or 1 to 3 business days on ready-to-ship items. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped (via email and/or Facebook message). 

All items are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number when USPS assigns one. Once the item leaves the hands of the owner(s) and is placed in USPS hands. Rising Hail Clothing Co. is no longer liable. If your item is lost or stolen please contact USPS.com on what your next steps are. RHCC is not responsible for a replacement if this event occurs. 

Please make sure your address is correct when checking out, if you entered the wrong one please email risinghailclothingco@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can get the address changed. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address. If the items are returned to the office of RHCC you will need to reach out via email and pay for shipping to a new address.
